This Website is provided for the sole purpose of granting our customers access to discounted Hotel stays that we have negotiated directly from Hotels. The terms "we," "us," "our," and "Gustazos" refer to ENET Sales Jamaica Limited, a limited liability company. The term "you" refers to you, the customer visiting the Website and/or making and purchasing a Hotel reservation through the Website. The term "Hotel Merchant" refers to those hotel businesses available on the Website.
In order to use this Website, you must agree without modification to all of the terms, conditions, and notices below (collectively, the "Agreement"). By accessing or using this Website in any way, you agree to be legally bound by the Agreement. To the extent that you make and purchase a reservation through this website, use, or attempt to use this website, you agree that this Agreement shall apply to all such interactions or transactions. In addition to this Agreement, by making and purchasing a reservation through our Website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use imposed by any Hotel Merchant for whose business you elect to purchase a reservation, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the Hotel Merchant's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of products or services. This includes the obligation to pay any applicable taxes at the time of the stay at the Hotel Merchant as directed by any such Hotel Merchant.

Permitted Activities
The Website provides an online service that allows account holders to book and purchase reservations for Hotel stays available on the Website. Account holders may book and purchase such reservations for their personal use or as gifts when permitted by this Agreement and the terms and conditions of the particular offer.
You may direct others to the Website for the Permitted Activities and Conditions of Use listed in this section. You may direct others to the Website by sharing hyperlinks ("links") to offers on our Website or the link to our Website itself, whether via email, social media outlets, your personal website or blog, electronic message, text message, or otherwise. However, you may not do so for a malicious purpose, nor may you make use of such links for a commercial purpose. You can create an Account through either of the following methods: (1) registering directly through Gustazos.com or GustazosTravel.com, by creating personalized log-in information ("Log-in Information") or (2) by allowing a Gustazos application to connect you to Gustazos.com and GustazosTravel.com via your Facebook profile. You will need an Account in order to book and purchase a reservation. If you choose to create an Account, you agree to provide only accurate, complete registration information, and you will keep that information up-to-date if it changes. Access to the Website is not authorized by any other person or entity using your Log-in Information and you are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use.
Gustazos relies on the Log-in Information to know whether users accessing the Website are authorized to do so. If someone accesses the Website using Log-in Information that we have issued to you, we will rely on that Log-in Information and will assume that access has been made by you. You are solely responsible for any and all access to and use of the Website by persons using your Log-in Information. Please notify us immediately if you become aware that your Log-in Information is being used without authorization.
Booking and Purchasing a Reservation
Gustazos provides consumers with opportunities to book and purchase hotel reservations from third-party Hotel Merchants. Gustazos does not render the services booked and purchased through the Website.
By booking and purchasing a Hotel reservation through the Website, you agree to these Terms, the fine print identified in the offer and/or any additional booking-specific terms related to the reservation at the time of purchase. These Terms apply to all reservations, unless the fine print on a particular reservations states otherwise, and except as otherwise required by law.
How it Works
Hotel stays and reservations are available for purchase on the site are subject to these Terms of Use as well as the terms and conditions of the particular booking. In order to book and purchase a Hotel reservation, you must first create an account with Gustazos, as explained above. After creating an account with Gustazos, you may then book and purchase a Hotel reservation. In order to book and purchase the Hotel reservation, you must input your payment information. After you have made your payment, we will send you an electronic confirmation with your reservation for you to print.
For customer service questions related to the service or product offered, please contact the Hotel Merchant. For customer service related to how to book and purchase a Hotel reservation or questions about redemption, please contact Gustazos.
All bookings are provided by Gustazos for redemption with goods and service providers. Gustazos does not assume any responsibility for the nature or quality of the goods and services listed within the reservation and expressly disclaims liability for all injuries, losses, claims, liabilities, damages, and costs suffered as a result of the use of the reservation. Gustazos provides a marketing service for the Hotel Merchant listed on the Voucher, but does not play any role in providing the goods or services listed in any such Merchant offer.
Booking Availability
Gustazos reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude or otherwise limit the provision of a reservation, the Website or any other product or service. Gustazos does not represent or warrant that any product or service promoted on the Website will be available for purchase by any particular person. The inventory may be limited in number. Any attempt by you to obtain more than the permitted number of reservations, including, without limitation, using multiple or different identities, credit cards, forms, registrations or addresses, will void your purchase and may subject your Account to termination. Whether purchase characteristics constitute an attempt to violate our rules shall be determined at our sole discretion.
Pricing Information
We may display discounts on our Website in connection with each offer. These discounts are calculated based upon certain pricing information provided to us by Hotel Merchants, which may include the rack rate provided by the Hotel Merchant, or an estimated price based on standard industry practice. Since the pricing information on which we base our discounts may vary, any discount information that we display may or may not be representative of the prevailing discount in every area or on any particular day.
Except as explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of a specific booking, these terms apply to any refund requested by you. Gustazos must be advised in writing of any cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival. In the event Gustazos is not advised in writing of cancellations within the allowable time period set forth in applicable provision(s) a 1 night penalty will be applicable. The cancellation policy may change due to travel booking specific dates.
To Request a Refund
For all bookings and reservations purchased, please send an email to Gustazos Travel' Customer Service at support@gustazos.com. Within the email, indicate: (a) the email address that was used to book and purchase the reservation, (b) the reservation reference number, and (c) the reason for your refund request.
If you have trouble redeeming your Voucher for any reason, please contact us at support@gustazos.com so we can work with the Merchant to resolve your issue.
Hotel reservations are date-specific. Usually this means that the Voucher can only be redeemed on a single date or that you might have to choose from a list of available dates before you book a reservation. In any case, the date you select will be identified on the booking, and you can only redeem such booking on the specified date. You may not reschedule a date-specific reservation for another date or time for any reason. No full or partial refunds are given to customers who fail to redeem this type of Voucher on the date specified on the Voucher.
If you purchase a non-refundable booking, you may not receive a refund for the reservation for any reason except for the reasons outlined below:
In all situations, in order to receive a refund, you must contact Gustazos Travel' Customer Service via email at support@gustazos.com and request a refund according to the terms described above. Within the email, indicate: (a) the email address that was used to book the reservation, (b) the reservation reference number, and (c) the reason for your refund request.
How to Check Your Balance
To check your G-Credit balance, please log in to your Gustazos customer account. After logging in, select "My Profile" from the drop down menu on the upper right hand side of your screen. If you have credits available, a box indicating, "Credits $____" will be displayed on the upper right hand side of your screen. Please note that in most cases your credit balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase or once an unused Voucher has been credited to your account, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.
Currency
G-Credits do not have a cash value and so they are not refundable for cash, except where required by applicable law. Resale of G-Credits is strictly prohibited. G-Credits are currency-specific, which means that they are only issued in US Dollar currency. You can only use G-Credits on a Website location that accepts US Dollar currency.
Expiration / Service Fees
There are three types of Gustazos Credits: (1) "Regular G-Credits," which are given to you as a refund or might be given to you as a prize; (2) "Purchased G- Credits," which are purchased; and (3) "Promotional G-Credits," which are given to certain customers in connection with a specific promotion. Regular G-Credits and Paid G-Credits do not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use. Promotional Gustazos Credits might expire in accordance with the terms of the particular promotion through which you received them.
Additional terms and conditions apply to your reservation and purchase of Hotel stays, travel-related goods, and services that you purchase.
Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. In addition to this Agreement, in purchasing an offer through our Website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any Hotel Merchant with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the Hotel Merchant's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of products or services. This includes the obligation to pay the applicable taxes at the time of redemption on any voucher redeemed with the Hotel Merchant as directed by any such Hotel Merchant.
You are required to present and surrender a physical copy of your booking purchase at the time you arrive or at check-in at the Hotel. In addition, for use with a service provider, activity, or to acquire a product, you may also be required to satisfy some or all of the following requirements:
You agree and understand that any violation of this Agreement or any Hotel Merchant's rules and restrictions may result in the cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable product or services, and/or in your forfeiting any money paid for such reservation(s).
All cancellations and reservation changes are subject to the terms included on the reservation and the terms of the respective Hotel Merchant. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the booking's fine print, the fine print on the specific reservation controls.
Waiver of Liability
In attending any event or performance advertised on Gustazos, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions of the event's coordinators. You voluntarily agree to assume all risks associated with attending the event, including the risk of physical injury or death, property damage or other loss, and waive all claims for personal injury or death against Gustazos, the event's venue, and all affiliated employees and agents of Gustazos and the venue.

We have no obligation to post your comments; we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to determine which comments are published on the Website. You are fully responsible for the content of your Submissions, (specifically including, but not limited to, reviews posted to this Website). Deposits
You acknowledge that goods and service providers, including hotels, may require a deposit as a condition to honoring your reservation. Any such deposit is subject to the terms and conditions of the good or service provider.
Fees
Hotel Merchants are prohibited from charging any additional fees to receive the goods or services included within the offer. However, Hotel Merchants may charge tax on the goods or services as required by the relevant tax authority. A refundable deposit does not represent a fee for the purposes of this section. If a Merchant attempts to charge a fee that was not listed on the booking, please contact us immediately.
Taxes
Gustazos Travel does not collect taxes for remittance to applicable taxing authorities. Hotel Merchants are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes to the applicable taxing jurisdictions. Gustazos Travel does not act as co-vendors with the Hotel Merchant for their goods or services. Taxability and the appropriate tax rate vary greatly by location.
Although most travel is completed safely, including travel to national and international destinations, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than to other destinations. Gustazos Travel urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the Government of the destination before booking travel to national or international destinations.
In addition to the safety of travel destinations, please consider that there may be passport and visa requirements for the particular destination. Please verify any and all passport and visa requirements before purchasing a travel-oriented Gustazo voucher.

The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the parties.
